Step 1: Understanding

We begin with understanding your vision, your project goals, expected timelines, available resources, project status, available key data and results.

Step 2: Research

We then research the competitive landscape, review available data, conduct analyses, determine internal and external resources available to the client. We identify and consider additional critical resources that may be required to address the client's objectives and timelines.

Step 3: Development

Our team puts in their effort to devise and build a project plan, set stages and interim milestones , work with the client's team/staff to identify their perspective to barriers to project advancement.

Step 4: Plans & Implementation, Review, and Follow-up

We review our proposed solutions and plans with the client to ensure satisfaction, consult with you on possible next steps and agree on a plan.

Implementation phase: Our team will work with Clients' internal team, external collaborators, and provide required additional resources to implement the agreed plans.

Project Review and Refinements: The JASIN team will communicate with Client's team on a regular basis to review data and results; will meet with Client's team leader and management on pre-agreed intervals to review project status and progress; will refine plans and adjust timelines as warranted.
